The Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa and the Italian Trade Agency are honored to launch the second session of the VII Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, an annual event held in more than 100 countries featuring Italian food traditions, promoting the Made in Italy brand and Italian food excellence, with thefirst sessions successfully concluded from 14th to 20th November 2022.
Therefore, as part of the actions aimed at promoting Italian culinary traditions, the Embassy of Italy in Ethiopia, in collaboration with the ICE/ITA and Alma (international culinary school) intends to organize a master class Chef training for selected Hotels, Restaurants and culinary schools listed below:

This session, sets out to create a unique menu that blends the traditional flavors of Italian cuisine with available Italian ingredients in Ethiopia. The Chefs will show how the Italian cuisine can be harmonized perfectly with available local products, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
From 2-12 February, the participating Restaurants/Hotels will serve the menu’ developed during the master class training for their clients.
This event is a celebration of the culinary arts and an opportunity for chefs to learn from the best in the industry.
We are confident that this training will not only enhance the skills of the chefs but also contribute to the promotion of our culture through the culinary arts.
