Book Signing at British Council Book Fair

After reading extracts from his new book, “Let the Light Pour In”, there will be a one-off Book Signing opportunity.
On the previous day, May 10, Lemn will be storytelling and reading some of his work at the Abrehot Library from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Entrance to both places, the Abrehot Library and the British Council Book Fair, will be free.
Born of Ethiopian heritage, Lemn Sissay’s upbringing in the 1970s by white foster parents in the northwest of England imbued his work with a unique perspective. With over 35 prestigious awards under his belt, Lemn’s creative prowess knows no bounds.
