Kindness To Body And Mind

Be kind to yourself: gentle to your body and calm to your mind. Give your body and mind the best. Your body is your friend; it will never let you go.  It will always be there to protect you, so give it the best treatment. 

Your mind is your partner. It will be there with positive and negative thoughts. Accept them both and gently let go of the negative feelings that are holding you back from living the life you truly want. Don’t panic, it’s fine to have them both. Let them flow. Make sure you give your body and mind one kindness a day.  It could be anything, for example, drinking ginger every night, going to the gym or doing some yoga, praying or even daydreaming. 

Smile, Laugh and Believe 

Have your own unique guidelines.  Only you know yourself, whatever works for others is good for them, don’t try to copy them if your instinct doesn’t allow. We are all on different paths, so the improvement you may need to make won’t be the same as for others.  Follow your heart and instincts. 

Marvelous Monday 

Be fully energized to face the day. Don’t think it’s the start of the week it’s another day, another time. A beautiful day to embrace your beauty. Take it one step at a time; don’t analyze or get nervous.  Breathing deeply and taking small steps will take you far. Sit at the table in every situation, not at the back.  You are a strong woman; you can do it.  Don’t underestimate or doubt yourself. You have all the power in you. Do embrace your feminine side and proudly walk with it, your head held up high. Act like an Adult, don’t let your immature side guide you.
