How to wash your Face

Choosing the right facial cleanser is dependent on your skin type. Facial skin determines our self-confidence as we  interact with the external world. It is very sensitive and exposed to multiple environmental factors and chemicals; the face needs extra care and more attention than other parts of our body require. Nowadays, the skincare industry is saturated with multiple skincare products and choices with endless options.  On the other hand, choosing products which are the least synthetic  with the  least chemical is the wisest decision. We can replace all the manufactured skincare products with easily accessible, natural and more economical ingredients.

Milk

In Ethiopia, milk has long been used by our ancestors as a classic cleanser and purifier that kept their skin beautiful. What makes the milk cleanser preferable is that the lactic acid in it removes dead skin cells. Using whole fat milk provides the best benefits to our skin, such as moisturizing. Pour a small amount of the whole fat milk into your palm and gently massage it into your skin, then pat it with a towel. Milk has other benefits such as moisturizing dry skin and soothing sensitive skin.
