Treatment at Wrench Reflexology takes place in a pleasant green and white room seated on a comfortable chair to the gentle and calming sounds of running water. First, you sit with your feet immersed in warm water with bath salts
for a few minutes during which time you are given a short (dry) head and shoulder massage to relax you.
Next, you transfer to sit in a comfortable armchair and your foot treatment begins; you can choose 45 or 60 minutes so an ideal lunch time break if you work in the area. A professionally trained therapist inquires if there are any particular areas of your body that feel stressed or are painful so that, if necessary, specific sole stimulation to address that discomfort can be applied.
Whilst enjoying the treatment, you are treated to a refreshing fresh fruit juice. Additional treatments include addressing migraines; an applied migraine wrap helps to decrease pain and stress. Plus, there is an on-site pedicure and manicure salon.
