Part Two: Exercise and Emotion
If we are exercising but consuming improper food and drinks just the exercise is not going to keep us healthy. Down the road we will have issues with our organs or even with the mental state of being.
For leading a healthy life we need to start to take care of the of all our three bodies and start to question and observe ourselves .
physical body : what kind of food am I having ? What is the quality and quantity of water I am drinking ? Am I doing the proper exercise?
Mental body : what is my stress level? Am I anxious? Is my mind getting enough rest ?
Emotional body: what are my emotions? fear ? Doubt? Anger? Sadness ?
We need to examine each and every state b/c one has an effect on the other. The one and only long lasting solution is to have all these three states in alignment. All have to be in balance so we can call ourselves “healthy and well”
