Ginger/Zingiber

Ginger is mainly known as a food seasoning and flavoring spice. Fresh ginger has a slightly peppery and sweet taste with an intense and spicy aroma. Commonly, Ginger Tea is consumed to relieve a stomach upset, seasonal flu, and aid weight loss. Besides all the benefits, it has crucial advantages for treating skin conditions naturally. It can be used as a powder, an essential oil or fresh.
Essential Ginger oil is pale yellow to light amber with a warm, woody, spicy, sweet, and earthy scent. It is recommended to be used with a carrier oil such as olive oil, jojoba oil, etc. Topically, a maximum of nine drops with carrier oil dilution is needed. Ginger oil is not recommended for children under two years.
